Sunday September 22nd, 2024, was the very first Long Beach Book Festival. I was very excited and honored to be able to participate.

The organizers went above and beyond to create an amazing event with guest speakers, readings, panels, and music --all within the tranquil setting of downtown Long Beach.

It was a really great experience being able to meet fans, sign copies of Her Gilded Voice, and interact with all sorts of like-minded readers and writers.

I was very lucky to be able to share my table with the wonderful and extremely talented Candi Sary.

Her novel, Magdalena is a fantastic ghost story, which works perfectly for me since I need a good spooky story just in time for the Halloween season.

My wife and kids came by to offer their support. I get a kick out of them promoting the book, and it means the world to me that they get to experience along with me this compelling world of literature.

Thank you, Long Beach Book Festival.
